RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES is a device that converts chemical energy directly into electricity and vice versa. It usually consists of several galvanic cells / cells that are connected in series to produce a higher voltage battery.
To be suitable for use in autonomous photovoltaic systems, the battery must have a large capacity and be able to provide more (1,000 ÷ 2,500) charge-discharge cycles at 50% discharge depth.
